Terms and Conditions

The following is a quick overview:

Tx Web Management is located in the Heart of Texas.  We offer custom web sites that cater to the needs of the client.  Tx Web Management offers full service, from researching and purchasing your domain name to hosting your site as well as the little incidentals like monthly maintenance,  keyword submissions, e-commerce, emails and much more ....

 

1. Tx Web Management meets with potential clients to discuss how we can match their

needs with our services.  If both parties are in agreement, we will take a small deposit

that (1) reserves your place in line and (2) compensates for our design time.  This

deposit will be put towards the account.

 

2. In a few days, you’ll receive 2 to 3 different web site design concepts for review. You select

the concept of your choice and decide on the specifics such as: colors, logo etc., creating your

custom web site.  Once you agree on the one that best suites your needs we require half of

the balance due then we immediately begin working on the main draft.

 

3.  Upon website completion, we send you  a link for review. At this stage, you can

advise us of any changes that need to be made.

 

4. After you approve your web site, you’ll be invoiced for the final 50% of your invoice.

 

5. We upload your web site and thoroughly test all functions after you make final

payment.

6. Your newly designed web site goes live!

 

***Any and all offers are valid for 10 days from the date of proposal

***Offers accepted and include the required down payment within 48 hours of proposal will receive an additional 10% off

***All graphics and misc.. web site designs belong to Tx Web Management and will include our stamp until final payment is made
